The first thing you’ll notice when stepping into Unit 318 is the view that streams in through the full wall of glass doors. Facing east, you’ll enjoy beautiful morning light across the terrain as the day comes to life. Watch the first skiers glide down Fanny Hill or be the first to hit the slopes yourself from this convenient location.
This well-appointed, air-conditioned studio has everything needed for a mountain getaway. A comfortable couch is situated near the glass doors, perfect for soaking in the outdoor views. You’ll also find a flatscreen TV for leisurely moments of downtime as you settle into the relaxed pace of vacation life. Put your feet up on the coffee table and unwind in this restful space, tastefully decorated in neutral tones. The studio is light and bright, with whitewashed wooden beam ceilings, plenty of natural light during the day, and recessed and track lighting to create a cozy ambiance in the evenings.
This studio is well-suited for 1–3 travelers. The queen bed is outfitted with high-quality linens, ensuring restful sleep after a full day of adventuring. If needed, the sofa converts into a queen pull-out bed, making this a great unit for families with children or friends traveling together. The bathroom is sleek and modern, featuring a spacious tile and glass shower.

Offering 365 square feet of living space and cozy slope-side comforts, this studio condo is a great option for making the most of your Snowmass getaway! Timberline has no elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
