Reservation Policies for Our Snowmass Rentals

The Timberline Condominiums provides wonderful Snowmass Village vacation rentals. The condominiums are independently owned, and each unit is decorated and furnished by the individual owner.

Guarantees and Requests
Please understand that we will do everything possible to accommodate your Snowmass lodging special requests (including requesting a specific unit and views), but we cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted, as they are subject to availability.

Check in Check out Times
Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Luggage storage, showers and changing room are available for early arrivals and/or late check-outs. For late check-outs, a half-day rent charge may be assessed, although every effort will be made to adjust check-out time for the convenience of the Guest.

Cancellation and Deposit Policies

 Summer/Fall 2020: May 28th- November 25th

 Fully refundable until 24 hours prior to arrival date.

 100% of reservation is due 24 hours prior to arrival and at that point the stay is fully nonrefundable.

 Winter 2020/2021: November 26th-April 18th

Fully refundable with no deposit due until November 1, 2020.

After November 1, 2020, 100% deposit is due if the reservation is 44 days or less prior to arrival and the stay will become fully nonrefundable. 

After November 1, 2020, a 50% deposit is due if the stay is more than 45 days from arrival.  The final 50% deposit will be taken 45 days prior to arrival and the stay will become fully nonrefundable.

Payment for Nights Reserved
Guest is responsible for payment of all nights booked. In the case of a no-show, early departure or delayed arrival, Guests will be required to pay for total accommodations booked.

Kids Stay Free
Children 12 and under stay free when staying with parents or guardians and using existing bedding.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is available for and is highly recommended. The charge for this is 6.95% of lodging.

Damage Deposit
Upon check-in, Guests are required to leave a credit card imprint as damage security deposit (American Express, Visa and MasterCard, Diners Club and Discover or cash deposit). Guest is liable for any damages to the premises and/or to the furnishings, equipment, and household.

Daily housekeeping is provided. 

 PETS are NOT allowed at the Timberline. Only trained Service Animals (such as Seeing Eye dogs), are allowed on the property or in the condominiums. Should you bring an unregistered animal onto the property, you will be responsibility for all extra cleaning fees, damage to the condo or other guests, and all disturbance caused by your pet.

What qualifies a service animal?  Under ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perfrom tasks for an individual with a disability.

Are emotional support, therapy, comfort or companion animals considered service animals under the ADA?  No.  

No Smoking in allowed in any of our condominiums.


Permits are required during the winter ski season for all vehicles by the Snowmass Village Police Department.  Permits can be obtained at the front desk for $12.00 per day.  The price for parking is subject to change without notice.

Real Estate Showings
If the unit rented is listed for sale, The Timberline reserves the right to show the unit to prospective buyers. Every effort will be made to advise the Guest at least 24 hours in advance.

A handling fee of $10 per item applies for shipments received within 3 days of arrival.  Items stored for more than 3 days prior to arrival are subject to an additional $10 per item storage fee.  We will ship luggage/bags to a guest after departure for a $5.00 per bag service fee plus shipping costs.
