Pet Policy

Service Animals:

Trained Service Animals (such as Seeing Eye dogs) are allowed on the property or in the condominiums. Should you bring an unregistered animal onto the property, you will be required to fill out our Unauthorized Pet Fee Form and be responsible for all extra cleaning fees, damage to the condo or other guests, and all disturbance caused by your pet (see below for full unauthorized pet policies).

What qualifies a service animal?  Under ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.

Are emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals considered service animals under the ADA?  No.

Unauthorized Pets:

Guests traveling with unauthorized pets must complete and sign our Unauthorized Pet Fee Form acknowledging a non-refundable fee of $100 per night, per pet, which does not cover damages.

Full Unauthorized Pet Terms and Conditions:

1. Pet Fee:
   A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per night per pet applies. This fee does not cover any damages.
2. Pet Behavior:
   • Pets must be well-behaved and house-trained.
   • Aggressive pets are not allowed.
   • Pets must not disturb other guests.
3. Supervision & Containment:
   • Pets must be leashed or in a carrier in all public hotel areas.
   • Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms.
   • Housekeeping will not service rooms with unattended pets.
   • Management holds the right to enter the unit if emergency action is necessary.
4. Damages & Liability:
   • The guest is financially responsible for any damages or injuries caused by their pet.
   • Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is needed.
5. Noise Policy:
   • If your pet becomes disruptive, the hotel reserves the right to request removal without refund.
6. Prohibited Areas:
   • Pets are not allowed in the pool, fitness center, restaurant/dining area, or other restricted zones.
7. Relief Areas & Clean-Up:
   • Guests must clean up after their pets.
   • Use designated pet relief areas where available.
   • Waste bags must be disposed of in proper receptacles.
