External Renovation

Discover the Future of Timberline Condominiums! We are thrilled to announce our upcoming external renovation, set to elevate the charm and appeal of our beloved mountain community. The Lodge and D buildings are the first to undergo a makeover beginning in April, with completion set for November 2024. We will renovate the A, B, and C buildings the following summer in 2025.  Stay tuned for modern updates to our balconies, chimneys, stairwells, doors, windows, and exterior siding, crafted to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Our last renovation was in the early 2000’s, and now, after two decades, we’re thrilled to unveil our refreshed identity.
