One of our favorite ways to do so is to grab brunch with your loved ones at a local restaurant. To help you plan which dining in Snowmass destination to choose, here are our top 5 brunch spots in Snowmass.

Fuel

If Fuel isn’t the epitome of an energizing breakfast, we aren’t sure what is. Conveniently located at 45 Village Run Circle in the Snowmass Village Mall, Fuel serves up breakfast and lunch with a focus on locally grown produce and organic ingredients. For breakfast fuel, choose from souped-up bagels topped with fresh mozzarella and veggies, or breakfast burritos. You must try the Californian with potatoes, avocado, cheddar, and fresh tomato salsa. Open daily from 7 AM to 5 PM in winter and 7 AM to 3:30 PM in summer, Fuel is also the place to get your caffeine on. Think Mexican mocha spiked with cinnamon and cayenne pepper after a glorious fall hike. This amazing Snowmass staple is a must-try if you are looking for quick and delicious brunch options while visiting.

This amazing French treat can be filled with any number of ingredients sweet or sour, which makes it the perfect vehicle for brunch. There is no better place in Snowmass than to grab a crepe than at the Crepe Shack. The Crepe Shack boasts more than 40 different delectable sweet and savory treats. One of our favorites is the classic Parisienne crepe filled with black forest ham, a Gruyere-Swiss blend, and honey Dijon mustard. Their large assortment of savory and sweet crepes is perfect for groups who want to try a little of everything. Along with their amazing crepe options, The Crepe Shack also has refreshing cold beverages made in house, all-natural handcrafted local sodas, and plenty of hot coffee and tea options. No matter if you want something to dine in and enjoy or take it on the go, the Crepe Shack has you covered.

An iconic Aspen favorite, Paradise Bakery serves an array of scratch-made muffins, flaky croissants, hearty breakfast burritos, savory quiches, and sweets galore. This amazing bakery has just about everything you could want out of a meal between meals. Considering the name, guests will not be surprised by their selection of baked goods, but you will be surprised by how many of them are outstanding. Our standout has to be the Blueberry Cream Cheese Croissant. Along with the sweet pastry options, Paradise Bakery is also serving up some more savory things as well. Their most under-the-radar meal option is the Locals Favorite Breakfast Burrito. This monster burrito combines eggs, green chili, cheddar cheese, potatoes, and black beans with your choice of bacon, ham, or spinach to create an amazing breakfast experience that you can’t get at any other Aspen Snowmass restaurants.
