Gold Hill Jeep Tour – AM Half Day

This tour travels up the front side of Aspen Mountain, traversing through winter ski runs, under lifts and Blue spruce forests. Once on top, we skirt along the crest of Richmond Ridge, boasting fantastic views of the Continental Divide on the one side and the Castle Creek and Conundrum Canyons on the other. Finally, we head back down through Little Annie Basin, past old mines and cabins dating back to Aspen’s earliest days. Wildflowers are in abundance and there is ample opportunity to take photos and discover some of our local history.

Independence Pass Jeep Tour- AM Half Day

Enjoy the breathtaking views from the top of the Continental Divide. This Jeep Trip travels to the top of Independence Pass at 12,096 feet, the highest paved crossing of the Continental Divide. On the ride down we will enjoy several stops to stretch your legs such as: a short hike to Weller Lake, the ice caves at the Grottos, the Braille Trail, and the historic ghost town of Independence. Your well-informed guide will point out amazing sights of nature at its finest; sheer cliffs, avalanche chutes, and information about the historical town of Independence.

Lenado Jeep Tour- AM Half Day

Panoramic views of the entire Roaring Fork Valley highlight this trip! This 1/2 day trip will take us up scenic Woody Creek, past the old lumber and mining town of Lenado, to the summit of Larkspur Mountain. From there you will be afforded a spectacular view of all four local ski areas, the Continental Divide, the Maroon Bells, and the entire Elk Mountain Range.

Scenic & Historic Driving Tour- AM Half Day

Join our friendly and knowledgeable guides while discovering some of the most picturesque places in the Valley. Stops may include the Ashcroft Ghost Town, Independence Pass, Watson Divide, Snowmass Creek Valley, Red Mountain, and McLain Flats. Most roads are paved. Seeing the top-of-the-world scenery is an experience you will never forget!

Backcountry Sunset Dinner

First we will jeep you to the historic Burlingame Cabin located on Snowmass Mountain. There you can take an extended jeep tour, or just sit back and let us tend to all you needs. We’ll have a delicious dinner hot off the grill, a campfire, live music, and S’mores. Watch the sun drop behind the mountain ranges that extend across the Roaring Fork Valley.

Taylor Pass Jeep Tour

Your trip starts with a spectacular drive up the Castle Creek Valley. This is one of the most beautiful valleys in our area. During this ride, you’ll pass one of the oldest Aspen forests, a colorful field of wild geraniums, and intriguing evidence of avalanches. Following that, we’ll stop for a short historic stroll through the ghost town of Ashcroft. After Ashcroft we head up Express Creek Road on our rugged ascent to Taylor Lake. On the way, you will pass through the high alpine flora and fauna and see some of the most spectacular views of Colorado’s fourteeners, which are peaks that reach a tremendous 14,000 feet above sea level. Finally with a view of the lake, lunch will be served.
