The Aspen location is now serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner so you can get a delicious meal anytime of the day. The breakfast and brunch menus feature a variety of incredible entrees to get your day started. Try out some of the morning pastries baked fresh every morning. Indulge your sweet tooth with a stack of buttermilk pancakes or the granola parfait. A variety of egg dishes including omelets and plates are a hearty way to start the day. For lunch and dinner, you will find something on the menu that speaks out to you. A variety of starters will get your appetite going such as health nut guacamole and charcuterie boards. Of course, salads are on the menu for some extra greens. Enjoy a cauliflower pizza with all of your favorite toppings. Mawa’s Kitchen can be found in Aspen at 305 Aspen Airport Business Center Suite F. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
