Front Desk /After hour services

Front Desk/ Concierge 

Open from 7am – 11pm. The Timberline Front Desk/ Concierge is available to assists guests with restaurant reservations, shipping and receiving, booking activities and assisting guests for the ultimate vacation!

After Hour Arrivals

For guests arriving after 11 PM and before 7 AM we provide an answering service. By dialing “351” from the black phone at the front desk the answering service will be available for check-in and will provide a 6 digit code to the safe on the counter of the front desk where a check-in packet is ready for easy access.   The packet consists of a property map, a welcome letter with WiFi information, 6 digit access code to enter the unit, and additional parking information.
