Local Aspen Snowmass Coronavirus Information

Timberline Condominiums continues to closely monitor the public health situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and is following recommendations from the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment and Center for Disease Control to ensure the safety of our visitors, residents and staff.

UPDATE 3/14/20: By order of the Governor of the State of Colorado Aspen Snowmass will be closing all ski operations immediately, as well as all Colorado ski resorts. The order is in effect for one week, and a decision as to how proceed will be reached shortly.

UPDATE 3/12/20: The Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment states that there are 33 presumptive cases, and 9 in Pitkin County, which Snowmass is located in.

Timberline Condominiums Current Reservation Policies

At this time, we are not accepting guest arrivals through March 31, subject to change based on Colorado Department of Public Health recommendations or orders.

What if I have an upcoming reservation at Timberline Condominiums? 

Currently, for all existing reservations made before March 13, with arrival dates between March 14 and April 30, 2020, WE ARE HONORING RESERVATION CHANGES AT NO CHARGE WITHIN THE NEXT 12 CALENDAR MONTHS. Start dreaming of and planning your next escape to our beautiful mountains. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Please contact one of our reservationists at (970) 923-4000.

What if I just want to cancel my existing Timberline Condominium reservation?

Timberline Condominiums is honoring refunds at no charge for all existing reservations made before March 13, 2020 that are for arrivals between March 14 and April 30, 2020. Cancellations and changes can be made up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Please contact one of our reservationists at (970) 923-4000.

What about future travel I'm considering to Timberline Condominiums?

Any reservation you make between March 14 and April 30, 2020 for a future arrival date can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Please contact one of our reservationists at (970) 923-4000.
