Maroon Lake is flanked on either side by summits known as the Maroon Bells that reach an impressive height of 14,000 feet each. Situated within Elk Camp on Snowmass, Lost Forest is an oasis of outdoor fun and adventure that should be enjoyed by all. They’re open through the beginning of October, so there’s plenty of time in the fall to head over and enjoy their collection of biking trails, climbing walls, rope challenges, and even the alpine coaster! Lost Forest is open from 10:30 am until 4:00 pm and is a place that many visitors find themselves wanting to return to time and again.
