Hoping for a bit more of a challenge? Consider trying out The Vapor Trail. Here, mountain bikers will find 2.9-miles of trail to explore with a focus on downhill thrills and drops. This route runs from the Elk Camp Lift to the Elk Camp Gondola.

On May 29, 2022, Gary Clark Jr. will be performing at the Belly Up in Aspen which is located at 450 S Galena Street. The doors open at 8:00 and the show starts at 9:00 pm for what’s sure to be an incredible performance from start to finish. Gary Clark Jr. is a Grammy-winning artist who brings amazing R&B, Rock, and Blues renditions to the stage. Those interested in attending this show will want to be sure to purchase tickets online in advance as spots fill up quickly.

Visitors who find themselves in the Snowmass/Aspen region over Independence Day are invited to make the absolute most of the Snowmass Free Concert Series on Thursdays that feature some fantastic artists and a lineup that’s sure to be unforgettable!

These outdoor concerts are hosted on Fanny Hill and provide audiences with a breathtaking mountain backdrop paired with the ultimate relaxed concert-going atmosphere! Those looking forward to enjoying the free 4th of July concert are invited to bring their favorite to-go dinners with them, but if you’re looking to keep things simple, food and drinks are also available for purchase right on-site and include everything from cocktails and beer to wine and soda.

In 2021, the only difference will be the elimination of the family fun zone as the concert series works hard to remain a safe and healthy place to enjoy Independence Day entertainment. Guests should be sure to bring a picnic blanket or lawn chair to make the event more comfortable. Transportation to and from the event is made simple with RFTA bus service running from Aspen to the Snowmass Mall as well as the village shuttle service readily available throughout Snowmass.
