Exterior Features

Unit A1A has a private patio for you to enjoy. In addition to the patio at the home, you’ll enjoy access to all of the community’s outdoor amenities. Spend time by the fire, or soak in the outdoor hot tub for all guests and relax tired muscles after a long day of skiing or other activities. If you prefer a swim, there is also an outdoor heated pool for you to enjoy. If you’d rather soak up the Colorado sun when the weather’s right, opt for a day of relaxation with one of the chaise lounges surrounding the pool deck. There are plenty of hiking trails and outdoor activities nearby, and the ski-in, ski-out design of the building makes for easy transition from outdoor fun to indoor relaxation in Unit A1A.

Interior Amenities

Step into relaxation. The living area of Unit A1A is decorated in the outdoor Colorado theme that’s just outside your window. The exposed wood beams and planks of the ceiling complete the rustic feel of the room. A comfortable leather couch and love seat offer a place to relax and unwind with family and friends or watch a TV show or movie on the wall-mounted flat screen TV. A kitchen just the right size for preparing a home-cooked meal for the group is located just off of the living area. The chef of the group will enjoy using stainless steel appliances and plenty of work space at the kitchen island, as well as the convenience of access to all of the equipment needed to prepare and serve the meal. Seating for four is available at the island, so everyone can pitch in to create the meal. Sit at the island for an informal meal or gather at the round glass-topped dining table that seats four.

When the day is done or you just need a quick nap before the next activity, retreat to one of the private bedrooms. The master bedroom features the same wood beam and plank ceiling as the main living area, but the highlight of the room is the king size wood frame bed. An en suite bathroom features a shower stall and enough space for you to get ready or clean up after a day of fun. The second bedroom continues the wood beam and plank ceiling found in the master bedroom and main living space. You’ll also find two twin beds with wood frames similar to the one found in the master. This room has access to the second bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo and single sink. Unit A1A is truly the perfect place for your small group or family to enjoy everything Snowmass has to offer.
