The Edge Restaurant and Bar in Snowmass is well known for its cocktails. We’ve already spilled the secrets on how to make the perfect Colorado Moscow Mule, and now we’re tackling the Hot Toddy! (Or, as The Edge calls it, Toddy On The Edge.) Hot Toddies, a fan-favorite winter drink, are served piping hot and are known to cure the common cold.
The Toddy on the Edge was created by JD, our Food and Beverage Manager. Born in Spokane, Washington, JD grew up skiing and loving the outdoors. When he moved to the Aspen/ Snowmass area 6 years ago, JD found a greater love for snowboarding, fishing, hiking, and hospitality! JD has a creative mind and fun attitude, welcoming our guests at the Edge to share shredding stories over innovative cocktails and traditional alpine food.
The Edge Restaurant and Bar is open daily from 4 p.m. – 9 p.m.
