With 830 square feet and three generously sized beds, this condo easily accommodates up to 6 guests, making it great for families or friends.
Upon entry into this warm condo, you’ll immediately be greeted by a welcoming great room. An inviting living room with soft carpeting and grand brick fireplace set the stage for a cozy evening by the fire. The living room offers ample seating, with an oversized leather sofa and two easy chairs ideally arranged for conversation or games around the coffee table. Enjoy plenty of natural sunlight streaming in through the glass doors that lead from the living room to an outdoor deck. With elevated ceilings in the living room and plenty of natural light, this is a space in which you’ll quickly feel at home.
The kitchen is open to the living room, making it a cohesive space in which to spend time together. The kitchen boasts a massive island that doubles as a space for food prep as well as a dining space. There’s enough room for four to enjoy a casual meal at the island. The kitchen also boasts upgraded stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to maneuver if there are multiple people making meals. Cookware and tableware are provided for your convenience.
The master bedroom boasts a spacious king bed and a large, mirrored dresser for unpacking and settling in. The main bathroom is just across the hall, where you’ll find a tub and shower combination. A second sink located between the bathroom and kitchen adds extra convenience when multiple guests are sharing this space.
A set of stairs going up from the entryway leads to the loft, where two queen beds await. This additional sleeping area is ideal for kids or multiple couples traveling together. An en suite half bathroom provides extra convenience for guests staying on the upper level. If additional sleeping arrangements are needed, the living room couch also converts into a bed.
Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
