Comment: I enjoyed the easy access to the slopes the most... and the hot tub. We have been coming to Snowmass for the past 8 years and have been staying at another facility. It was also ski in/ski out, but it was so much harder to access the slope.

Comment: We just returned back to NY from our annual ski trip to Colorado. This year we tried the Timberline in Snowmass. We had a great trip. The two bedroom condo was nice, great location. The staff was the best! They really went out of their way to accommodate our every need.

Comment: My husband and I attended a meeting in Snowmass and stayed at the Timberline for the first time. We had a lovely condominium, beautifully decorated and located directly on the ski slope. The staff picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to our room. They took my husband to his meeting each day. We can't wait to go back!

Comment: The Timberline was wonderful. We visited over Labor Day weekend, it's location right next to the mountain and lift made it great for mountain biking! The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the hotel staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Comment: We have been to Snowmass 12 times. This was our first at Timberline. Our condo was very nice and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you for making our stay awesome.

Comment: We stayed at Timberline and had fantastic service. Peter is an awesome driver, friendly and informative. The hotel staff were all polite and service was excellent. The ski and ski out to Village Express 6 person lift was awesome. The end of the day we'd soak in the huge outdoor pool/whirlpool that was priceless and I'd use the sauna as well.
Top it off, my wife forgot her cellphone and they paid to return it to us! We can wait to comeback to Snowmass again next year!

Comment: I was very satisfied with the condo. The couple who owned the one we stayed at, had made many positive modifications and I just loved it. My daughter wanted us to buy a condo based solely upon this visit. We'll be back!

Comment: Condo was lovely, comfortable and at a great price. Conveniently located and in such a beautiful setting. Staff were helpful and professional except for the shuttle service which failed to be available or show up at a time reserved for us by the front desk.

Comment: We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of our condo. It was nicer than any of the pictures we saw, with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, leather furniture and comfortable beds. The staff was very responsive and everything was very clean. Thank you!

Comment: We stayed in a Studio with loft and were very impressed with the standard of accommodation. The location was ideal – right by the slope, and we cannot fault the daily maid service. However, our condo was located right next to the ice making machine which rumbled and droned all day and all night. We asked to move to a different condo and subsequently had a quiet and throroughly enjoyable stay. I would stay here again only if I could be sure of avoiding our first condo, but I don’t think customers can pre-choose a specific unit.
As for the skiing, we had a great week on Snowmass and didn’t feel the need to venture to the other 3 mountains.

Comment: Very nice condo and very conveniently located. Close enough to walk to the village and the ski in / ski out can't be beat.
The staff were all extremely helpful and went out of their way to help with anything we asked for. The shuttle service was a lifesaver - the drivers were more than accomodating.
The condo unit was very nice. The bathroom decor was a little outdated but still very nice and comfortable - loved the fireplace.
We would stay again.

Comment: All of the people working at Timberline were absolutely wonderful hosts. They made us feel like they were all there just to serve us! Brian, Lindy and all of the drivers made our stay at Timberline most enjoyable.
with regards to the unit that we had, it was very nice but had NO storage space for food and ski equiptment. The kids loved the large flat screen tv however.

Comment: We stayed at the Timberline. What can I say? It was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, one of the most comfortable I have been in away from home. The unit was very well taken care of and the decor was very warm and reminded you of a nice mountain retreat. I would definitely stay here again!

Comment: We had a great time. The condo was very comfortable (the beds could've been more comfortable), but there were always clean towels, plenty of pillows and blankets. The staff was excellent and so very helpful in every aspect, including shuttling us around Snowmass. The hot tub/ pool was close to our room and very nice, the location was acceptable in relation to the mall and very convenient to skiing. We would definitely stay there again.
