Butch's Lobster Bar has been a Snowmass favorite since its opening in 1992.

Guests enjoy this authentic East Coast Seafood Restaurant, with over fifty items on the menu. Owner Butch Dardenis, a former lobsterman from Cape Cod, looks forward to welcoming you with delicious treats like Lobster Bisque, Ipswich Steamer Clams, Essex Fried Clams and Steamed Maine Lobster.

Not a seafood lover… try the Barbequed Ribs, Vegetarian Pasta Primavera, Chicken Parmesan or a New York Strip.

Open nightly from 5:30pm – 10pm from December till the end of ski season. Reservations are strongly recommended because of Butch’s popularity among visitors and locals alike. Visa, Master Card and American Express are accepted.
