One bedroom condominiums at The Timberline are approximately 750 square feet . They have a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a king or queen size bed. In most of the one bedroom condos, the living room has a sofa–bed. There is one full bathroom. Fireplaces are available in all units. One bedrooms can accommodate up to four people.

One bedrooms with a loft are also available. They are approximately 830 square feet. There is a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom and full bath are located on the first floor. Bedding in the master bedroom is a king or queen size bed.  Bedding in the loft can be a set of twins or 2 queens. There is a half bath located on the loft level. One bedrooms with a loft can accommodate up to six people.

All one bedroom condominiums have a fireplace.
