The standard studio condominiums are approximately 365 square feet. They have a common living and sleeping area. There is an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, mini refrigerator and two-burner stove. A queen-size bed is located in the common area. Some units have additional sofa beds. There is one full bathroom. This is the perfect size for one or two people. The studio with a loft is approximately 500 square feet. There is a living room, full kitchen and the bedroom is located upstairs. There is a queen bed in the loft and additional bedding in the living room. The studio with a loft can accommodate up to four people.
