Jazz Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Festival

Saturday, August 28th, 2010

This Labor Day weekend, September 3, 4, and 5, join us in Snowmass Village at one of the best outdoor concert venues in Colorado!  The Jazz Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Festival offers three days of music!  See performances by Joe Walsh and Glenn Frey, The Black Crowes, Lynyrd Skynyrd, WILCO, Calexico, The Court Yard Hounds and more.  The festival is less than three miles from your Snowmass condo lodging at the Timberline Condominiums.  But wait, don’t drive, take advantage of our complimentary shuttle to and from the concert.  Receive a 10% discount on festival tickets when you stay at the Timberline Condominiums in addition to our lodging specials.

Looking for something to do before the music starts?  Here are a few suggestions.  Ride the gondola and chairlift up the Snowmass Ski Area mountain. Great views, hiking and biking trails await you!  Eat lunch at the on-mountain restaurant.  Blazing Adventures on the Snowmass Village Mall offers a smorgasbord of activities – rafting, jeeping, area tours to mention a few!   Or take some time to relax on the balcony

Bicycling and hiking experiences are never better than here in Snowmass.  Trails are just steps away from your Snowmass condo lodging here at the Timberline.

We were excited to read in the Aspen Daily News of Lance Armstrong’s and Gov. Ritter’s commitment

to bring bicycle racing back to Colorado next August!  We hope the race includes Snowmass terrain for a mountain leg of the event.  And, we hope racers and on-lookers alike choose our Snowmass condo lodging for a place to rest their bikes for an evening or so.

Whether you are a professional or recreational cyclist, take a close look at what Snowmass and our Snowmass condo lodging has to offer.  We know Lance did, and we think he liked it!
