Welcome to the Edge Restaurant & Bar!  Chef James Mazzio provides the creative juices for the Edge.  Mazzio's impressive resume includes the honor of being named one of the “10 Best Chefs” by Food and Wine Magazine in 1999. Mazzio has been on the Aspen culinary scene since 1989, working with acclaimed chefs in several of Aspen’s finest establishments.
